I don't celebrate Thanksgiving day, but my family in USA - yes. They invite a lot of friends and family. They give each other gifts and we a complete dinner. We're thanking God for everything. On the table, there's a roast turkey and apple pie, pumpkin cake. After dinner, they go to food banks, where they help in the distribution of food parcels for the needy.

we didnt celebrate thanksgiving in Indonesia but in USA they usually celebrate around my bday. especially few years ago when they celebrate thanksgiving on my bday nov 25th xD so i was happy xD
